If we don't tell our story, who will? Local voice matters!
Lower Cape TV is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. It brings a platform to all residents and businesses to create and share video and TV content.
But wait, there's more! It also runs a professional newsroom, Lower Cape News, which reports on events, issues , and topics that impact to the Lower Cape community.
You can find the stories on local Cable channels 99 and 22 - and you can also take them with you on our mobile app (get it at the Goolge Play or Apple App story by searching on Lower Cape TV!) and here on the web.
Lower Cape TV's baseline funding comes from a small slice of the revenue the cable provider generates in our communities, based on the 1984 Cable Act PEG requirements. These funds help us keep the doors open - but it is your help - through sponsorships, underwriting, and donations -- that makes the difference!
Your support helps Lower Cape TV produce relevant local content, and support, teach, and enable residents and organizations to tell their stories and share their voices.
Together, we make Lower Cape TV a stronger community resource for us all!
.As a 501(c)3, we accept donations from individuals, organizations, and foundations to help with general operations, coverage of topical areas, and special projects.
To maintain our editorial values, our news judgments are made independently and are not based on or directed by donors. To the best of our ability, we strive to create a platform for fair and open, information.
