We want to help remove barriers to creating local voice - and for many people that means getting access to quality video equipment. Here at Lower Cape TV, we have a set of circulating gear (camera, tripod, audio) that you can check out and use to create content that will appear on Channel 99 or 22.
To borrow equipment, just follow these four simple steps:

Lower Cape Community Access TV is a non-profit community based organization that manages channels 99 and 22 for the towns of Brewster, Eastham, Orleans, Truro, and Wellfleet.
